Find PeopleSoft queries a user has access to [SQL]

Wondering how to get a list of all the PeopleSoft queries that a user has access to?

You probably know that access to the PeopleSoft query is controlled at several levels, so here are a few things you have to check.

  • Does the user have access to query viewer or query manager?
  • Does the user have access to the correct role, permission list, access group, and query tree that contains the records that are used in the PeopleSoft query?

If any of the above is incorrectly set up then the user won’t see the query in the query viewer or query manager.

Below SQL will help you find out the list of queries a user has access to.
