Integration Gateway Message Unmarshalling: Missing value for the following field : ConnectorClassNam

I was doing Integration Broker setup when I got this error:

Integration Gateway Message Unmarshalling: Missing value for the following field : ConnectorClassNam

This error is received when you try to ping a node:

Integration Gateway Message Unmarshalling
I checked in MyOracleSupport and found a case related to the same – ID 752128.1
The case said that the error is the result of a missing┬áconnector Id on the node definition (node definition/connector page)When you go to ping the node, it looks to see which target connector it should use. The ConnectorClass Name error is the result of no connector name or an invalid one – that is one that has not been loaded on the gateway indicated.

Sure enough, it was dumb of me to have the Connector ID missing:
missing connector in node definition
I went ahead and added the connector id: PSFTTARGET and did ping node – the connector ID showed up in the ping node result as well:
ping node test
Also Read:  Integration Synchronous Handler: No destination node can be determined for the request on node xxx (158,963)

Hey I have a question in regards to this message and a node, I get the same message when I try to ping my node.
I create an external node which should help me to receive incoming message from the external vendor which sends me ADVANCED_SHIPPING_RECEIPT. I’m using HTTPListeningConnector to listen for incoming messages do I also need to have connector setup? Which connector would you use for external node?
Thanks
Martin
